Jeremy is a proud graduate of the University of Houston where he earned both his BBA & Masters degrees in accounting. A licensed CPA in the state of Texas by trade, Jeremy began his professional career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP but soon left to work at one of the largest privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firms in Houston. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused on the financial aspect of property management and commercial leasing.
Jeremy understands that buying and selling real estate can sometimes make people feel a little anxious & nervous which is why he treats every deal as though it were his own personal transaction.
Jeremy has been married to the love of his life, Rhonda (Teinert) for over 20 years and now calls Bellville home along with their two wonderful daughters. When he’s not working at his full-time job in Winchester or spending time with his family out at their ranch in Rocksprings, you might find him playing drums in a country band with his father-in-law.
